What Is EFT™ Meridian Tapping?
EFT involves tapping on traditional Chinese acupuncture points while remembering a difficult experience or having a felt sense of an issue. The tapping is combined with verbal statements that acknowledge the problem or issue and has a positive affirmative component.
Combining these elements allows calming energy to blend with the upset and creates a pathway to integrate the experience and restore balance to the nervous system. It often can relieve emotional stress and physical pain. It is easy to learn and use.
EFT is safe, non-invasive and easy to use. It was designed by Gary Craig, a personal performance coach in California, EFT belongs to a new class of treatments referred to as Energy Psychology.
